The Rear End Cap is designed to mimic the rear panel of the Rear Bag. It is used to finish the exposed rear surface of any module.
The Rear End Cap is 13.5" x 10.5".
NOTE: The FLEX modules WILL NOT WORK with (will not zip onto) any older BrightLine Bag. The zippers had to be of a different type to allow this modularity concept to work. The Rear End Cap can attach to the rear surface of any FLEX System module (which excludes the Rear Bag since the Rear Bag only has a front surface).
There are three flat pockets on the outer surface of the Rear End Cap. One main flat pocket that covers the full width and height of the rear panel that is great for storing your iPad or other tablet computer, a thin stack of documents or a magazine or two. The primary pocket is accessed from the top and has a cover flap that is secured with Velcro. There is a second flat pocket on the outside of the first one that is somewhat smaller that is accessed through a vertical..
Designed primarily for aviators who need a Pilot Flight Bag to pack multiple overnight items, such as clothes, shoes, coolers, etc., the B18 HANGAR fits the bill when maximum space is required. Also excellent for those in the Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical field.
The B18 is 13.5" x 10.5" x 22" with interior storage capacity of 18 inches. (And remember, it is a soft bag so it can expand slightly in every direction.)
The B18 HANGAR is comprised of the POCKET CAP FRONT, CENTER SECTION 5, CENTER SECTION 11, CENTER SECTION 2, FLAT CAP REAR, SIDE POCKET ALPHA (Large Radio/Water Bottle Pocket), SIDE POCKET BRAVO (Small Radio Pocket), SIDE POCKET CHARLIE (Pen Pocket), and SIDE POCKET DELTA (Double Pocket).
The POCKET CAP FRONT offers a variety of pockets organized into three Main Pockets and six auxiliary pockets. The top Main Pocket area is designed to hold your mobile device, wallet and keys. The middle and lower pockets can store your electronic E6B, camera, business cards, ..
The B7 FLIGHT is perhaps the most useful flight bag ever designed. It's a fact that some days you need more gear than others. The B7 lets you carry a full set of flight gear for cross country and basic IFR flight. And then it lets you downsize to a smaller bag for those days when you're just going to take a quick VFR flight.
The B7 FLIGHT is designed to hold one or two full-sized headsets plus a full suite of charts, and of course your iPad, a handheld radio, plus all the small stuff you'll want along for the ride. It also serves as an unbeatable carry-on personal bag when traveling on commercial flights, or just as a terrific daily bag for a wide variety of personal and professional uses.
The B7 consists of the POCKET CAP FRONT, CENTER SECTION 4, CENTER SECTION 3, FLAT CAP REAR, along with two SIDE POCKETS, ALPHA and CHARLIE.
The CS4 and CS3 provide seven inches of storage depth (hence the name, "B7"), but keep in mind that there is also three thin flat storage areas BETWEEN ..
The CS11 was designed primarily for pilots that frequently travel overnight. It will swallow several changes of clothes, a 13” laptop with room for binders and documents, or a small cooler. In addition to aviation, in its B25 Carryall configuration, the CS11 works well in the Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical fields.
The CS11 is 13.5” x 10.5” x 11”. (And remember, it is a soft bag so it can expand slightly in every direction.)
The CS11 comes with a handle and a shoulder strap.
NOTE: The FLEX modules WILL NOT WORK with (will not zip onto) any older BrightLine Bag. The zippers had to be of a different type to allow this modularity concept to work. The CS11 can attach to all of the FLEX System modules.
The CS11 has a pocket directly on top for quick access to credit cards, change, small flashlight, etc. Opening the main compartment, one will find a gray interior for finding items easier. The CS11 comes with two vertical dividers fo..
The CS5 was developed primarily for our IFR Flight Customers. With the B10, you get enough storage for VFR to light IFR flying. By adding a CS5, you can now add IFR Binders and documents, without changing the setup of the B10. In addition to IFR equipment, the CS5 is perfect for a couple days worth or clothes, two more sets of headsets, or a 13" laptop.
The CS5 is 13.5" x 10.5" x 5". (And remember, it is a soft bag so it can expand slightly in every direction.)
NOTE: The FLEX modules WILL NOT WORK with (will not zip onto) any older BrightLine Bag. The zippers had to be of a different type to allow this modularity concept to work. The CS5 can attach to all of the FLEX System modules.
The CS5 can be used effectively in its Pre-Configured bag the B16. The B16, consisting of a Front Bag, a CS5, a rear bag, and three pockets affords unbelievable storage and organization for the IFR Pilot. And, because it is a FLEX bag, when you are not flying IFR, you can simply remove the CS5. Of ..
The CS2 is designed for carrying 13" laptops, iPads and assorted documents.
This center section is 13.5” x 10.5” x 2" and it can attach to all of the FLEX System modules including other center sections.
This item does not include a Main Handle or Shoulder Strap. If building a custom bag, make sure your order includes one or both.
The CS2 can be used in any configuration and is not designed to be used by itself due to the possibility of damaging the exposed zippers. You will always want to have something (either another module or an End Cap) zipped onto both sides of the CS2 to protect the zippers.
The smallest configuration is the B2, consisting of Pocket Cap Front, a CS2, and a Flat Cap Rear. However, the CS2 can be added to any configuration to add roughly an extra two inches of storage for your 13" laptop or other similarly-sized objects. Simply zip the CS2 into a B0 Slim to create a B2, or added to B4, B6, B7, B18 to get added storage for you..
The Front End Cap mimics the front of the Front Bag. It is 13.5" x 10.5" x 1.25".
The Front End Cap is primarily for FLEX users that want the utility of the front bag, but do not need the storage of a Front Bag. The Front End Cap attaches to the CS2, CS5, and CS11 when there is not a need for Front Bag Storage.
There are nine pockets on the outer surface of the Front End Cap. You can plainly see three different pocket locations. Each of these three pockets pocket compartments actually contain three pockets: A main pocket area. This Main pocket area is designed to hold your mobile device, wallet and keys. A small secondary pocket tucked in the top of each pocket. This pocket is designed to hold a flashlight and fuel tester. And then a small flat pocket on the front cover of each pocket. This is designed to hold your electronic E6B, camera, business cards, iPod. These pockets are great for organizing all the little stuff in your perso..
This is the rear portion of all of the standard configurations. It is designed primarily to be a document bag. But, of course, it is a good size to hold all sorts of different stuff like a change of clothes, your lunch, a laptop and/or an iPad, or simply some additional gear that you need to carry.
The Rear Bag is 13.5” x 10.5” x 3.5” on the outside. The main compartment is 13" tall, 10" wide and 3.0" deep on the inside. (And remember, it is a soft bag so it can expand slightly in every direction.)
NOTE: The FLEX modules WILL NOT WORK with (will not zip onto) any older BrightLine Bag. The zippers had to be of a different type to allow this modularity concept to work. The Rear Bag can attach to all of the FLEX System modules except the Rear End Cap.
There are zero FLEX-Mount pocket stations on the outside of the Rear Bag. (It's a little too narrow.)
There is a simple 1" nylon strap on the top of the bag to act as a basic handle if you need to grab the bag by itself. Th..
The Side Pocket Delta is a double-width pocket designed to provide greater outside storage with a larger pocket. Installs onto any two side-by-side attachment bays. Even bridges the gap between two modules.

There are two FLEX-Mount pocket stations on the outside of the bag, one on each side. You can install any two FLEX System side pockets of your choice onto the sides of the Front Bag at these stations.
